The Gray Gallery is pleased to present Land Lines an exhibition of black and white works relating to our natural environment. The exhibition includes works by three artists, who work in different mediums with a similar aesthetic and subject. Recognized wood turner Andy DiPietro is known for his sculptures and vessels that showcase the grain and natural beauty of the wood. The rhythmic charcoal landscapes by Katherine Nelson, show her interest in the balance of nature and its relationship to agriculture. Alex Porter's bold tree silhouettes reflect on the growth of the intertwining branches and limbs as each artwork grows with his precise black lines.
